Sunburn

The burn is a damage of the tissues (especially skin and deep layers) caused by contact with high heat or chemicals such as acids, strong bases and solvents.

What to do.

In case of burns, first of all wash your hands, then run cold water on the affected part to relieve the pain. If no blisters appear, rub with vaseline oil or apply an ointment for burns, then cover with a sterile gauze. If blisters appear, cover them with a sterile gauze to prevent contact with the air and possible infections. Do not apply ointments or oils. Do not peel off the pieces of your skin near the blisters. Warning: if extended on large parts of the body, even superficial burns can be very dangerous. In this case, call a doctor.
